Now this was certainly a strange sight indeed and Ritua had never seen anything like it just yet. The outside world was so interesting! There were a bunch of animals on this piece of land. But to make it stand out even more, they were all behind some kind of fence! Was it to keep predators out? But then how did the animals roam and get fed? Did the animals themselves grow the crops nearby? Confused and yet eager to get to the bottom of the situation, Ritua quickly scrambled over the fence. [break][break]
The fence was clearly made to keep out dangerous creatures and beasties, and she was definitely not dangerous. There wasn't really anything wrong, right? She could just explain herself to whatever smart creatures put up the fence! [break][break]
It could be a monkey, perhaps. She had seen some smart monkeys. [break][break]
"Fascinating," Ritua said to herself as she simply looked about. These buildings in here resembled Hylian buildings, but the sounds of animals clearly told her that animals lived there! Perhaps some Hylians got turned into animals? A tragic fate! Or perhaps monkeys had simply learned how to wield tools too. They always seemed smart enough, anyways. [break][break]
She was a smart girl, but unfortunately, her knowledge stopped at the very edge of her experience. Anything involving society was completely beyond her, except on how to buy things. The kind villagers seemed pretty excited to teach her how to trade her shiny rocks for food, anyways. Books could only teach an inquisitive girl so much.[break][break]
Opening the barn doors, Ritua left them wide open as she stepped inside. There were so many animals! Sheep and cows and goats, oh my! There was even a pretty large pig in it's own pen! She wandered through the barn with wide eyes, eagerly attempting to memorize everything so she could write it all down in her journal later. [break][break]
However, Ritua froze up and stopped as soon as she saw the horse. Or perhaps she should more accurately describe it as a massive hoofed beast! She had seen horses before, but this one was incredibly large! It was, by all means, pretty cool. Climbing up the door to their stable, Ritua hung on the side, her little feet dangling as she spoke. [break][break]
"Hey!" She called out softly, eyes wide. "Are you safe in here friend? Gasp!" She audibly spoke the word gasp, clearly excited. "Can you even understand me? You're not a Hylian in disguise, are you? I've seen some weird things in my time! Do you need help? Neigh once for yes, neigh twice for no!"
