Quest Name: Special Quest; Vicis Amulet
Quest Description: Special Guide - Rumor has it that the Vicis Amulet does indeed exist, and they are created by a Gerudo Witch living deep in the Gerudo Desert, somewhere in a cave. Undertaking her fatal obstacle course, filled with death traps, and monsters, and impressing the Witch, may lead for her to appear and grant one to whoever desires it the most. Or, perhaps... She may not appear at all.
