The one who presented for the MRC was Kedari Babani, the Baba Florist, accompanied by their prized member, Phoebe Arkwright, Tourmaline of the MRC. The content of the presentation displayed the harrowing adventures of monster research that many of the students squirmed beneath, and had even capped it with 'not for everyone, except for the bravest of individuals.'
Such a brave group, this MRC.
Even so, the appearance of the winsome Phoebe on the stage caught the star-struck gazes of the students. Thoughts of 'would it be worth it to chase monsters for the chance of working with her' lingered briefly, only to be quelled with the reminder that they would, indeed, be chasing monsters for the rest of their lives.
"... and there you have it. On behalf of the Monster Research Council, we thank you for listening to this presentation. Tourmaline, would you like to share anything?"
The blonde lass bounced in place as her short segment came up, "Yes! As the youngest member of the Monster Research Council, I can vouch for the fact that this line of work is for those who have a hunger for knowledge and a thirst for the truth! Monsters live with us in this world, so we must learn what we can about them so we can avoid unnecessary tension!" Her voice carried a fun bubbliness and hid none of her passion. "Join the MRC and help us realize a better world by studying monsters! Thank you very much and enjoy the rest of the Research Summit!" With that, she and Dr. Babani bowed as they were given applause, then left the stage.
Soon after, the rest of the research divisions were given their time, and when all had been accounted for, the students were allowed to disperse and interact with the divisions.

It was a particularly bustling in the Research Division halls after lunch session following a number of lectures from premiere professors of the magic academy, who had brought all of their students to tour the beautiful vestibule. A number of smaller divisions with their expansive topics stood by and were represented by both their members and seniors in hopes of planting seeds of future involvement. Some divisions were given spots after the magic academy's presentation to properly promote themselves--one such being the Monster Research Council, whose eldership was desperate for new members (although they wouldn't let it show on their face).
