Hi guys! This has been a topic of discussion lately, so I wanted to update you guys on the addition to the rules that human forms for non-humanoid races cannot be apped in.
I understand that there are some people who have been misunderstanding this, especially those who had them on the particular sites where some of you have come from. But due to popular demand, a compromise has been made.
This has been something in the works regardless for a good while now, concerning rare and unique items, but I felt that as it concerns the subject, I would include it in this announcement. I would like to announce the introduction of Special Quests and Special Quest Items in the Quests section of our board! Certain rare items will need to be earned to be used in roleplay, but these quests will give you the opportunity to earn them!
When it comes to characters who were already accepted with the human forms due to staff error, you will have to remove any reference to them having the ability naturally. If you already have an artifact like the amulet in your bio concerning it, then you may keep it in, but you will need to cease using the ability until you have written a past thread quest, where you attain the amulet that gives you the ability.
As well, the status of pets on the site will be addressed soon. But for characters who have common pets, dogs, cats, horses and all... Or any pets that have been asked about for approval and been given permission, you may continue to roleplay the pets you have, for common pets will be safe. The status of more rare and dangerous pets, such as monsters, will be addressed in time.
