As Vlad stands by the entrance of the cave, looking as water trickles in, obvious signs of melt showing. Wherever they were about to go, it would be unnaturally cold. He had been contacted by the Zora surrounding the entrance to a place called "Snowpeak", a frigid mountain range, on par with the likes of Snowhead from what he had heard. There was apparently a call for concern that had gotten him and his unwillingly notorious ghost whispering involved. Civilization was nosy. He hated it. Crossing his arms against the chill, he looked at a zora one last time who was finishing up covering the map that was being shown to him. He reached out to take the now folded up map, likely to be useless to him if the cold winds and the apparent levels of snowfall this place got were true to their rumors. People and Zora alike had been seeing larger than normal shadows flit about in the shadows of the blizzards, hearing howls that were unlike any heard before, piercing, shrill cries of what sounded to be a creature they had never heard before. Some people had gone missing and there was a rise for concern that there was either a ghost, a monster, or both involved in this. Meaning Vlad, and one other person was contacted to handle this. The wind, he could deal with, but Vlad was already a very cold person, even in the winter gear he had been outfitted with. He found his self in a heavy coat, leather armor flak jacket crossing over a leather and fur coat that would be keeping him warm. Under his heavy gloves, there were fingerless gloves should the need arise for him to actually fight something. His boots came up to half calf, with heavy pants tucked into them and fur lining the boots at the seam. It was all very warm, but Vlad knew he'd be cold. The fur from the jacket blew against his cheeks as another gust hit him. A good, grounding wind, but a bone biting chill to it. He stood there, lantern hanging from his hip, snow goggles on his head, dressed to go into the cold, placing the map securely in one of his more empty pouches on his belt, the pouch sitting next to his knife. Next to the cave sat a scarred Zora warrior, who offered information should either of the men heading into Snowpeak ask. Josh Dragelion This is a multi fight quest. 2 fights will be sure to happen, with optional or potential trigger fights between traveling. Seeking out hints of what lurks and looking for more hints may help uncover more about what you're fighting and provide valuable information to make the fight easier. The Zora warrior is interactable before we head inside the cave. Should you have any questions Josh may ask, you can ask them. Vlad's are reserved for now, his actions will always be secondary and based off of what he would notice. He may miss things due to being unused to this place. (AKA, i won't have him find and look at everything because i kind of know where everything is at and it kind of defeats the purpose....) | //INVENTORY// Spell Book Knife Map Tinderboxes Flint & Steel |
