Rularu is the daughter of King Rivan Groupan, and the current heir to the throne of the Zora Royal Family. She's also a spoiled brat who thinks way too highly of herself, and carries herself with an air of superiority and self-importance. That said, while she has a lot of growing up and maturing to do before she'll be ready to take on the responsibilities of ruling her people, she's shown herself to have a lot of potential as a leader; enough that her father hasn't completely written her off, at least. While she may be selfish, she has a good heart and a compassionate nature; when push comes to shove, she'll rise to the occasion.
Friendship
Although dealing with Rularu can feel like a chore, she's not completely without her good points. Those who have the patience to look past her spoiled and self-centered nature will find themselves with a loyal and trustworthy ally who would gladly go out of her way to help those she feels fortunate enough to call her friends. She has a funny way of showing when that she cares, especially since she won't always be willing to admit it, but regardless, beneath her haughty and selfish exterior is a girl with a heart of gold who would go to hell and back for her friends.
Friends/Acquaintance
• Marianne de Hyrule ; Rularu's first (and currently only) friend. She found the Hylian princess just outside of Zora's Domain, heavily wounded and exhausted to the point of barely being able to function. After taking her back and helping nurse the girl back to health, she personally escorted the princess back to Hyrule Castle, where it was only then that she learned this girl's identity. For reasons beyond this, her role in the Princess' salvation and return is being kept a closely guarded secret. Regardless, she finds Marianne to be a strange-yet-admittedly-fascinating person, unlike anyone she's ever seen before. As a result, Rularu often ends up thinking about her.

Enemeis
While she's more than likely to rub some people the wrong way and vice versa, it's hard to imagine Rularu actively disliking someone enough for her to actually consider them an enemy. Of course, there are also the various monsters and other forces of darkness who constantly threaten the safety of Hyrule, but that's a tad different. Regardless, someone would really have to go out of their way to make an enemy of Rularu, as, regardless of how annoying she can be, she doesn't have a mean-spirited bone in her body.

Romance
Hoo boy. Rularu and romance...is...yeah. Currently, it's the last thing on her mind, but she's the type that, when she crushes, she crushes hard. Given that she's woefully inexperienced with it, any relationship she might end up in is likely to be hilariously awkward, though there will, if nothing else, be little doubt as to whether or not her feelings are genuine.
Potential Love Interests
• Marianne de Hyrule: Once again, Marianne is her first and (so far) only friend, but it goes without saying that she's left a very strong impression on the young Zora Princess. Despite having had little interaction with her since their fateful meeting, Rularu has already begun to develop something of a girl-crush on the Hylian Princess. Due to a lack of understanding her own feelings, however, this leaves her rather confused (especially considering that a) they're both girls, and b) they're completely different species), resulting in her being very tsundere whenever even the slightest hints of it are brought up.
Whether her feelings will develop into anything beyond a mild crush remains to be seen. But one thing is clear; Marianne is on her mind a lot.
