"This is an outrage! What do you mean you won't do it?!"
Lena let's out a frustrated sigh. Here we go again. "If you'd listen, I keep trying to tell you. It's not that I won't do it, but more that what you're asking is literally impossible. Even for the most skilled Goron smiths, a sword with the level of craftsmanship that you're asking for would take a few days at the very least. For me, I'd estimate maybe a week. And that's assum-" Her words are cut off by the angry customer. "I don't want to hear your lame excuses! Just quit stalling and get to work! I expect my sword to be done by tomorrow! I mean, it's just a sword! It can't be that hard to make the blasted thing!"
Lena rubs her temple, her anger threatening to get the better of her. "For the third time...it's not that I can't make it the way you want, but expecting it to be done by overnight is...well, frankly, a Bokoblin is more capable of reasoning! The point is, it's not happening. I'd need a week at the very least. If you're too impatient to wait that long, then just leave and save the both us of from any further headaches!"
The man's face turns red with fury. "You...how dare you. Do you have any idea who I am?!"
The girl just lets out a sigh "With all due respect, not really. And to be frank, who you are doesn't make what you're demanding any less impossible. I've stated numerous times that I am willing to do it, but it's not going to happen overnight. Either wait a week or leave. Your choice."
The man sputters and harrumphs. "You'll regret this! I'll be putting you in your place soon enough!" He then storms off in a huff, prompting a sigh of relief, figuring the incident is over. After all, this is hardly the first time she's dealt with this sort of person making that same vague threat. Unfortunately, this was only the start of what would be a long ordeal, as Lena would quickly discover that this was one of the few asshole nobles who had every intention of making good on his promise of making her pay for her "insult". Less than an hour later, with the incident already gone from her mind, she hears a loud knock on the door to her shop.
Before she can even get up to answer, the door is kicked open and multiple armed guards come charging in, weapons drawn. The man from earlier comes in behind them. He gives Lena a smug grin, before doing a complete 180 and acting like a frightened victim. "That's her! That's the girl who attacked me!"
Lena could hardly believe what she just heard, and was rightfully outraged. "Excuse me?! I did no such thi-"
"Silence!" One of the guardsmen says as he jabs his speak into Lena's side; not enough to draw blood, but enough for it to be painful and force her to stop speaking.
The man then rolls up his sleeve, revealing his arm to be wrapped in bandages that appear to be soaked in blood. "Don't think you can weasel your way out of this! Not after what you did to me!" He then turns to the guards. "Well, don't just stand there! I want her arrested and locked away!"
Though they seem incredulous as they look Lena over, wondering if a girl like her would really "viciously attack" someone as the man claimed, they just shrugged. "Very well. Elena Clarke, you're under arrest for assault with a deadly weapon...and, for attacking one of Hyrule's highest-ranking nobles, we'll be adding treason to your charges as well. Take her away for questioning."

What followed was some of the most blatantly one-sided interrogations one could imagine. It became blatantly obvious that the soldiers involved in her arrest were being bribed. One of them even outright mentioned getting paid extra for "roughing her up a bit", which they gladly did. But no matter how much she tried to defend herself, they either ignored it or tried to find a way to take it out of context to make it sound worse. Anyone who tried to call them out on the blatant mistreatment was threatened into silence. It felt like she'd been there for several weeks, but it was only a couple days.
Now, a bruised and battered Lena waited quietly in a cell, awaiting the trial for her "crimes". There was no evidence that she'd done anything. She knew this. That man knew this. The guards knew this. Yet, somehow, she wasn't expecting a favorable outcome. No doubt, some palms have been greased, so to speak. It sickened her to think that there would be such blatant corruption within the ranks of the very people sworn to protect citizens like her. But alas, all she could do was await her fate.
