"I've got a small request for you, rookie. A group of Bulbins have been spotted off the eastern plateau and have turned a usual stop for travelers into a camp..."
"... But Mr. Blinbo, that sounds like a job for a mercenary."
"Oh, no, no, no! I'm not asking you to subjugate them, not at all! In fact, I want you to infiltrate their encampment and study their behaviors."
"... Hah?"
"Don't be so surprised! When I was your age, I observed the Bokoblins from within their camps all the time! It's quite easy, actually!"
"Erm... how so?"
"Well! Let me show you exactly how I did it..."
It was finally afternoon over the fields of Hyrule, and the heat of the day began to peak. Upon the verdant green was a lone, yet terrifying war boar, ridden by a slouching, green-skinned Bulbin, dressed in rags from head to toe and armed with a bow and quiver. On the horizon were a number of smoke stacks that wafted out from a number of bonfires, surrounded by a formidable group of the thug-like goblins.
As the lone Bulbin encroached upon the encampment, it stopped to alighted its mount, and lead it by reins to the camp on foot. The others took notice of the new arrival and studied it briefly. In response, the arrival let out a few chirps and grunts as if to relay some sort of message.
The group looked on in an eerie silence.
Until, finally, one of the Bulbins patted a spot next to them by the fire. With a chirp, the newcomer lumbered over and plopped itself down. The awkward tension seized, and the monsters resumed their "conversation."
From afar, a small, elderly fellow was hunkered down behind a pillar, using a Hawkeye to study the scene.
Perfect, perfect! She blends in perfectly!
