Essence Of Rokuro
This technique converts Jocaron's ki into searing hot flames. A genetic trait from Rokuro has given him incredible control over this ability. This is seen in the fact that when triggered, his eyes shine like a blazing fire. This enhanced control allows him to manipulate flames that either have no ki signature, or have his own, including being able to dowse flames from a distance using only his mind.
Heat Resistance
While Saiyans already have a natural resistance to the elements, Jocaron's genetic quirk allows him to handle heat and fire incredibly well. This includes fire that is conjured by ki. However, this quirk also lessens his natural resistance to cold below the average levels of a Saiyan, forcing him to expend ki and heat up his body enough to compensate. Jocaron is constantly burning through ki to survive in frozen temperatures.
Enhanced Hearing and Smell
Saiyans have naturally stronger senses of hearing and smell than average. However, their hearing is still not on par with that of a Namekian.
Saiyan Tail
Saiyans are born with a monkey-like tail. The tail is very prehensile and can be used to grasp things, giving them in a sense an extra hand to fight with. They are also the key to unlocking a Saiyan's Great Ape form. While Jocaron has trained the tail to no longer serve as a weakness, Korn has cast a spell that suppresses his ability to turn into a Great Ape upon seeing a full moon.
Essence Of The Dragon
Using the Essence of Rokuro, this technique creates a ki construct on the back of the user that resembles the wings of an ancient dragon. Jocaron can use these wings to provide more control in the air, but they are mainly used to protect him from attack. These can be controlled like a part of his body, but can also be destroyed if damaged.
Ryughan
The signature technique of the Dragon School. A beam of concentrated ki charged by cupping one's hands before shooting it forward. Jocaron's version utilizes his Essence of Rokuro to add a fiery element to it, treating it like a very large, beamy flamethrower.
Instant Transmission
The ability to lock onto energy signatures to teleport there instantly. Can also be used to warp to a specific location, but this is only possible if the user can accurately visualize it from memory. While short distances use little ki, the further away the target is, the more ki that is expended.
Reverse Transmission
Jocaron is able to leave traces of his ki on a weapon with extended use. In time, this will allow them to focus his ki, and using Instant Transmission can call the weapon to his side no matter where it is. The weapon vanishes from where it was originally and re-appears next to the wielder it is connected with. As the weapon has traces of ki on it, it can also be used as a warp point with Instant Transmission, allowing it to be used for combos in combat. The weapon will be sent back to its original location when not in use.
Energy Sensory
The ability to sense ki, as well as lower his own to hide it. Jocaron trained with the Yardrat people in order to increase his mastery of the ability. However, Jocaron’s energy sensory is especially sensitive, on account of being Rokuro’s reincarnation. He has a natural inclination for sensory but while it makes him highly capable of sensing energy from far away even without actively trying, it also means that he is sensitive to someone’s energy being snuffed out suddenly. While natural death won’t register unless it is nearby, he can feel a healthy person being killed even from long distances.
Dragon Bomb
Jocaron launches several large homing fireballs in the shape of a dragon’s head. They will home in on any hostile lifeforms that enter their proximity.
Flame Barrier
Jocaron conjures a barrier made of solid ki. It burns to the touch, but is more fragile than other barriers and needs to be supplied with more ki to keep up.
Smokescreen
Jocaron is able to manipulate his ki blasts to dispel smoke, and blind enemies.
Infernal Clone
A variation of the Multi Form - the ability to to duplicate one's own form. Jocaron learned the Multi Form technique while training with Korn, but it was later upgraded upon reawakening as Rokuro's reincarnation. The clones each have their own consciousness and can fight as a group, merging back into a single conscious when dissipated. These can be used for scouting, or to confuse and overwhelm an opponent in combat. However, doing so splits the user's ki between the clones, making them weaker. If Jocaron expends a bit more ki, he can rig these copies to explode when destroyed.
Dragon Sniper
A technique innovated by Master Donshi. Forms small shots of concentrated ki that are weak in power, but incredibly fast and can be fired at long distances or in rapid succession. Mainly used to hit weak points. If they make contact with an enemy they radiate an energy that can cause joints to go numb in the impacted body part.
[attr="class","section"]Equipment
The Sword Of Katsu
A weapon once wielded by Rokuro Goromaru, from a culture long-since forgotten. Is sensitive to elemental ki, and can be imbued with it if the user possesses it. When Jocaron wields it, the blade will be engulfed in flames.
[attr="class","section"]Companions
The Flying Nimbus
A magic cloud capable of flying at high speeds. Jocaron, Yamato and Melloni each received a Flying Nimbus at the Village of Echoes as thanks for driving away the Blue Bow Battalion. While Jocaron no longer regularly calls on the Nimbus after learning to fly, the cloud will occasionally appear at his home to check on its bonded friend.
Ryu
A dopey-looking chicken that was once bonded to Rokuro in a time long past. At some point, Ryu was sealed within an ancient temple to sleep until the return of its master. Ryu awoke upon seeing Jocaron, and instantly recognized him as its master. Ryu is an enigma, seeming to lack intelligence on the surface level and constantly needing to be pulled out of trouble that it gets itself into. However, Ryu appears capable of understanding human speech, even if they cannot speak it. They are capable of breathing fire, mainly doing so when spooked. They also have a tendency to appear near Jocaron out of nowhere, with no indication of how they actually got there. Ryu is a loyal friend, and will stick by Jocaron no matter what dangers await it.
[attr="class","section"]Transformations
Kaioken
The ability to magnify one's attack power. It comes with intense strain, however, and it can destroy the body if used for too long. Kaioken can be multiplied for even further power, at the cost of even higher strain.
Super Saiyan
The power of the Saiyan of legend. Acts as an extreme power multiplier that is achieved when a high enough level of power hits enough of an emotional high. This form relies on the emotional state continuing to be high, commonly utilizing high rage to be sustained. It also takes a great deal of ki to keep up. This disqualifies them from any “pure of heart” perks and makes controlling their ki more difficult. Mastery involves a long process of learning to control their emotional state, able to remain calm while using the form and in turn making the form use only minimal ki to maintain. Jocaron has not yet mastered the Super Saiyan form.

King Jocama - Father
The late King Of Saiyans, and Jocaron's father. Fought against Yamato's father and the other surviving Saiyans to decide their next king after the war with Chillzen killed much of their population. Transformed into a Super Saiyan and chased away Chillzen, then spearheaded repopulation efforts and met Jocaron's mother on Earth. Returned for the mother and child after a few years, but was forced to send Jocaron back to Earth in an escape pod when Chillzen returned and slaughtered the remaining Saiyans.
Unnamed Earthling Mother
Met Jocama on Earth, and was later made privy to his origins and reason for being on Earth. Later agreed to stay on Earth after their first child was born, before coming with her husband back to Sadala when Jocaron was old enough. Later had a second child before her death at Chillzen's hands.
Nikori - Brother
Jocaron's younger sibling, sent offworld shortly before Sadala was glassed by Chillzen. Was found by a group of surviving Saiyans who believed his father's methods being too soft caused the end of the Saiyan people. Raised on the prospect that strength ruled over all else, and that the Saiyans had the capability to rule the universe, Nikori tracked down his older brother on Earth and attempted to conquer the planet for the new Saiyan empire. Forced to work with Jocaron when Chillzen's forces attacked Earth, and sought revenge for the deaths of his people. After Jocaron turned into a Super Saiyan, Nikori ceded his claim to rule in favor of Jocaron. Jocaron visits Nikori and the other Saiyans on the restored Sadala from time to time, but Nikori continues to badger his brother to take his father's throne.
Cailan "Master" Donshi - Adopted Father, Mentor
Found Jocaron's pod when he was a baby, and adopted him under the name stated on the pod. Having raised him, for all intents and purposes Donshi is Jocaron's father as far as he is concerned. He taught Jocaron how to fight from a young age, and Jocaron has been selected to succeed him as the next master of the Dragon School.

- Competes in his first World Martial Arts Tournament. Makes it past the preliminaries, but is eliminated in the first round after drawing with Rail.
- Competes in his second World Martial Arts Tournament and wins. Uses the prize money to help his adopted father achieve his dream of opening a real dojo.
- Defends Earth from the invasion of Saiyan insurgents, led by his brother Nikori who challenged his claim as the rightful Saiyan King. Had no interest in taking the throne, but had a planet to defend and fought to send them back. Battle was interrupted by Chillzen's forces, and he was forced to work with Nikori and the other Saiyans to survive.
- Fought Chillzen's forces across space until meeting the man himself on Sadala. Was nearly defeated before attaining the Super Saiyan form and killing Chillzen. However, Jocaron finds he cannot re-trigger the transformation on his own.
- Korn uses his magic to restrict Jocaron's ability to transform into a Great Ape, allowing him to be out during a full moon.
- Becomes an instructor at the Dragon School while studying business in West City. Meets and begins to train Serori while preparing for the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament.
- During an expedition with Serori, Jocaron finds the Sword of Katsu, which awakens some of his memories as the reincarnation of Rokuro, a ki-wielding warrior from a forgotten age. Jocaron stumbles on a chicken called Ryu, who has been awaiting the return of his master.
- Advances to the quarter-finals in the tournament and defeats Master Donshi to prove his worth in taking over the Dragon School. When Project Rahu nearly kills Serori, Jocaron transforms into a Super Saiyan and demolishes the android, getting himself disqualified in the process.
