Appearance: Laurel was born and raised in a Sheikah family in Kakariko Village. She stands at five foot one with auburn hair placed into a long bubble braid, along with red sheikah eyes to match. Freckles cover many parts of her body and she has pointed ears. She dresses in a blue stealth chest guard and stealth tights outfit minus the armor. She wears a small tan drape around her shoulders

Backstory: An eager bookworm, many would note she spent every waking moment with her nose buried in a book and always had a growing desire for knowledge and magic. She would read and listen to stories about the Royal Family and all of Hyrule, taking an interest in furthering herself in the world of magic.

However, her family had different plans for her. They were not highly favorable of the Royal Family and resent them for being forced to flee into Kakariko Village during an attack in their past. Instead, they arranged for their daughter to marry a farmer from Ordon Village to prevent her from becoming a guardian of the Royal Family. Her parents pushed her to follow their dreams of their only child staying behind and avoiding the troubles of war involved with the price of royalty. They would argue over Laurel's idea of traveling to defend Hyrule over staying behind for the village.

Ultimately, Laurel fought for her choice and was enrolled to study along with other Sheikahs set to train to protect the Royal Family.
