The Score of a Lifetime

One of the two figures that had shown up after the large blonde to the tent was a figure who wore a hooded cloak that obscured most of his face, with only his mouth and chin being mostly visible. The whims of the winds of Farore certainly aided him with getting through the desert to the oasis given that he mainly traveled on foot, though it was an ordeal unlike any other he had taken on to simply travel to his destination... The next figure was wearing robes styled akin to an 'average' tunic, some light armor over important parts of his body, and strapped onto his back was a sword and a magical pouch that carried some extra gear inside of it... And a lute that would likely not be very important for this little expedition. What he wore was mostly fine for the various different kinds of weather thankfully... While it wasn't visible due to his face being mostly obscured, his expression looked surprised at the sight of Josh for a moment. It appears he was wise to keep himself more shrouded for this outing... "Greetings. I did not travel here with him, but I am here to take up the request you had sent out for aid in your expedition. My name is Auron Fulbright, a simple traveler, but I assure you that I have the skills needed to be of use."

The usual story... Oron was not exactly seeking out any treasures unless they found something that would be able to aid him in some capacity. He himself was also mainly here for the experience. A quest to get stronger and further his prowess in new ways... He was not fully satisfied with whatever 'skills' he currently had. Any answers to the questions he sought out likely would not be found while trying to find a big 'score', but that would be fine for now. Oron could be surprised, though... He was not certain of where his journey would continue to lead him, but perhaps he himself would end up somewhere especially 'exciting' in the future...

It was now a matter of the last member of this odd crew to introduce herself and presumably it would be time to 'get down to business' as they say.

Odd, indeed. It would be a mystery to all about why Namielle had even considered joining. Truth be told, though she'd never admit it, she didn't realize the excursion would take place in the desert... Being an aquatic species, that just didn't seem like a good decision on her end. But treasures and shiny things would never get away from her! Nami was fashionably late to the party, arriving with a clatter as she dragged her small cart behind her. Attached to her hip was a canteen full of nice, cool water, which she promptly took a swig of before tossing it back to her hip.

"Greetings, strangers!" she bowed deeply. "Namielle, at your service. Or at least, I hope to be of some service. Can't say I'm an adventurer tried and true, but! My passion is there!" She finished her speech with a fist thrown into the air. Determined, yes, she was. Plucky, and eager, yet probably a bit too naive...

It took only a few moments to learn the other two were not with her friend. Brushing off some sand, Chirro nodded when he answered her. Turning her attention to the two others, she got the name of them both. The man kept his hood up which surprised her slightly. Even though the sun was setting, it had been a rather hot day...this was the desert so that was expected. The chill of evening was moving in and she was glad to have the fire ready for them.

"Pleasure to meet you, Namielle and Auron. I am Chirro Corro."

Since she already knew Josh, she did not include him in her introduction. Nor did she indicate she was going to do that for him either.

"There is a nice stew on the fire and I welcome you all."

Giving them each a bit of a smile, she motioned to the fire. Near to it was a table with a much larger map on it. It was the one that had given her the idea of putting this excursion together. It was larger than she was comfortable doing along and it was nice to know others were interested in helping her.

"So, help yourselves to some of that if you want."

Taking the lead, she got herself a bowl of the stew and sat down to eat it.
