The wolf stared down at the snow... hard. What was a cursed beast supposed to do with a seemingly infinite amount of time of desolation among a frozen mountain range besides be hunted endlessly? Stare at snow, of course! It was snowing, coming down rather hard, as a matter of fact, so hard that he had absolutely no idea how in the hell he was supposed to spend this night counting stars when all he could see were clouds![break][break]
He couldn't let himself fall asleep, so he worked as hard as he could to make sure he didn't fall asleep unless his body deemed it absolutely necessary. And be it curse or White Wolfos nature, he rarely slept.[break][break]
But he needed to stay occupied to keep his mind off the madness... Jumping into the snow, he blended in and moved swiftly and seamlessly to where he could hop out at the entrance of his cave. Signs of hunters and soldiers having been up here were cast aside in the snow as he made his way into the cave to sit down with a huff. A large paw reaching outside of the mouth of the cave every now and again to gather snow.[break][break]
