Malik was a very, very heavy guy, if his footfalls said anything. But still, for his size, they were relatively 'silent'. The massive Gerudo man walked past a few Goron guard and into Kakariko village, past what was left and rebuilt of the gates that used to protect the village so diligently from outside threats.
He had heard about what happened, but had been busy with his own problems at that time. Still, he couldn't help but frown and shake his head. The world had been falling into chaos lately, and despite the shadows that most would claim tugged at the back of their minds, he wasn't a bad guy. He felt remorse for those that died.
Still, as he walked up to the inn, ducking way down to fit into the door, he walked over to the lady behind the bartender leaving but a few dusty footprints as he placed a what-should-be-heavy parcel down with ease, patting the top of it.
Her delivery had been a relatively easy one, the influx of monsters meant mercenary like him were hired much more often than usual. So here he was with a job from the innkeeper to get some extra supplies and bring them in safely, and all he suffered for it was a light scratch on his cheek from an arrow that had grazed by.
Still, the large man smiled, feeling no anxiety as the lady had swiftly learned that he didn't like being asked to speak, he felt even more comforted when she easily thanked him and paid him, as well as placing down a large flagon of ale to drink from and a offered a place to sleep for the night for his services. He was a large guy, and she was a kind inn-keeper.
Mal found a place to sit his large self down without breaking anything, drinking slowly as he took in the quiet wind that blew by the open windows.
