Looking to seek out new challenges and push himself to become even stronger, as well as potentially discover new horizons on the open seas, Josh Dragelion has rented a ship after hearing rumors of a massive treasure on a distant island, guarded by all sorts of dangerous elements. He has put out a notice for any adventurers that may wish to invest in the costs of funding the expedition and join him on the adventure, with a guarantee that any treasure found, if any, will be split evenly.
The notice warns that the trip will likely be long, and could take up to a week, possibly more, with no promise of finding anything. Those that sign up should have their affairs in order before their absence, and stand ready to potentially come home with absolutely no return on their investment - if you come home at all.
OOC: For participants in this expedition, no posting order will be enforced in order to keep the threads going at a decent rate. If you are left behind in posts, you will have to figure out how to re-integrate yourself. If you happen to go inactive or drop out of the plot, your character will be delivered safely back to the mainland at the end of the expedition. As we operate on liquid time, you may still partake in threads while this expedition is ongoing, but you probably should reserve a week in your timeline for this plot should you sign up.
Sign-ups will be capped at 5. More slots may become available if someone drops out or goes inactive. If this happens, it will be treated like the new sign-up was always on the expedition.
THIS WILL BE A TWO-THREAD EXPEDITION COVERING BOTH THE SCALE TRAIL AND DRACONIC SHOWDOWN QUESTS. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU INTEND TO TAKE THE QUEST REWARD.
