The Second Crow is an animal care facility, primarily stationed within Hyrule. Their services range from basic pet training to animal health-care and minor animal rentals, all for reasonable fees of course. Among their ranks are several animal specialists and trainers focused on providing the best care to the animals that come-and-go from their stations.

Their work has been highly regarded, bringing them into the work of the average citizen as well as the personal stables of nobility. While primarily centered at the edge of Hyrule City, they have sought to scatter small stables across Hyrule for adventurers, travelers, merchants, and farmers to seek care for their creatures.

Ilse Hanover // 51 // NPC Owner + Stable Master

Like those before her, Ilse is an animal enthusiast that took on the business with the Fonseca house. They’ve long since studied animals and their care, beginning as a child. While now-a-days they work heavily on the legal and logistics side of things, it’s not uncommon to see them surveying the work in their Hyrule City office.

Mevin Fonseca // 46 // NPC Avian Specialist

Resident Avian Specialist, Mevin is a Hylian well versed in the care and training of those with beloved pets and messengers. He’s often found in the top floor of the Ranch’s Hyrule City Headquarters, with his most trusted companions often flying around the room with him.

Adelaide Plantagenet // 33 // NPC Canine Specialist

Hunting and herding dogs to a young fox found injured in the woods, their youngest specialist is happy to care for them all! She works mostly in the Hyrule City headquarters to help with beloved household pets. The human is easy to spot due to their canine companions and the sound of barking that follows them wherever they go.

Mutori // 42 // NPC Farm Animal Specialist

A Sheikah with a love of the ranch, Mutori is the one to go to when farm animals need special attention. From animal births to surgeries, Mutori has done it all. They’re one of the hardest to find simply due to traveling across Hyrule for their work.

Desmond Dragelion // Employee

Of the Dragelion family, Desmond prefers to be a man of many hats and is often bounced between stations. While his ‘specialty’ would be working farm animals, he has a reasonable amount of information regarding common household pets.
