Description:
Clovis is a salamander-like creature of small size yet has a big personality and a perpetual glare of spite. Despite being classified as a dragon, he has no wings as of yet.

There is a fear that his growth has been stunted dramatically due to less-than-ideal incubative conditions at Vorva Dunga's cavern.

"Found his egg in the nest of the evil wyvern Vorva Dunga. It was scaled in appearance, denoting that it is a dragon's egg. Taken back to the MRC branch to properly incubate."

Hatched: Autumn ##
"Two days after arrival. Incredibly small for the size of the shell. Requires much attention to ensure survival. Skin transparent, subject sickly, wings underdeveloped. Created a formula of milk and red chu jelly to sustain, and found this to be a success for now."

"A week after the subject has hatched, he seemed to be struggling to survive. The formula doesn't seem to be as effective as I hoped, so I incorporated green chu jelly instead."

"Green Chu Formula seems to have worked, and the hatchling is beginning to take on a greenish color. I should've thought of this since dragons are also magical creatures. He hasn't increased in weight at all, which is a concern of mine."

"The subject has gotten livelier! His teeth, small as they are, have grown out. Switching to a minced goat meat diet with some pumpkin mixed in."

"I have decided to name the subject Clovis. He's a spunky little guy! His wings haven't developed yet, and I fear that they never will, but that hasn't stopped him from getting around!"

"Clovis is much more cunning that I thought he'd be. Lady Babani says he often escapes his enclosure and waits for me to arrive at the facility. I'm afraid of him getting lost if I bring him with me, though. He's so small, I wonder how I'd ever find him if that happens..."

"Well, Clovis can't stay by himself in the MRC facility. He keeps getting into the Green Chu Jelly stores, but he behaves when I'm around. We did some trials with him staying tethered to my shoulder and headband, and for the most part, he likes to keep on my person at all times. Even if I go into the market, he hasn't attempted to dive for anything...

I mean, unless Clovis can somehow disappear and reappear on my head as he pleases."

"Clovis was worried sick for me when I left to assist in retrieving the Mirror Shard at the Goron Mines. I left him with Lady Babani, and she stated that Clovis waited by the window for me to come back. She would feed him there, and for a while, he never moved from his spot.

When I appeared, Clovis began running in circles, and when the door was opened, he immediately climbed to my head and rolled around in my hair...

To think we had that kind of bond...
