You have just been tagged under the role of "Role-holder" on the Discord and you're probably wondering, what's this?
We have spent a fair bit of time deciding on how to handle the Roles system in order to ensure fair play to all. This will be as lenient as we can make it, though that may be subject to change once we see it in action.
How it works is simple. Every two months, at the start of the month we will hold an Activity Check for those who have roles registered on the Roles portion of the guide. This includes both current role holders and those who have reserved a role in order to roleplay into it. All you have to do is fill out the form and post it below before the deadline, and include a link to a post that has been made in a roleplay thread as said character since the last Activity Check. This tells us who is still with us and able to fulfill the duties of the role.
If a character is not signed into the activity check before deadline without a previously stated reason, their role will be dropped and become open to be taken again. You may reclaim the role if it has not yet been taken by doing an IC post as the role holder and notifying Staff. ACs that do not include a post made within the activity period will not be counted. Yes, this means you can do a post right that minute and use it.

The deadline for this Activity Check is October 11th. As this is the first Activity Check, we will accept posts from as far back as September 1st.
