The Great Fairy surely meant well, by mentioning how the Royal Family should have had maps and general areas of the Great Fairies fountain. But the fact made Marianne felt even more inadequate as the representative of The Royal Family. She should have paid more attention even to traditions that had died out! Now that she was reminded of it, she remembered a vague mention of Great Fairy's Offerings a long long time ago mentioned in one of her studies, but never bothered to pursue it further, thinking it was irrelevant to the present. How wrong she was then and how ashamed she was feeling now!
"I-I am sure you are right, Lady Praxis," Marianne replied quickly, a faint of red on her cheek a sign of how embarrassed she felt, "There is surely an information about it somewhere in our archives. I promise I shall look into it in the earliest opportunity!"

Add one more to her mental list of "things to do".... It had reached third page at this moment.
Braedynne, however, bravely mentioned Praxis' own fountain. Marianne could only nod to show her support, too timid to directly ask Praxis like the Kokiri had. "If yours is indeed in such a state, I promise to do anything in my power to help, Lady Praxis," she added. Of course, it would not matter if they didn't even know where it was in the first place!
She took another strawberry and munched on it as she listened to what Praxis and Braedynne said next. Braedynne's image of fairy fountain was colorful, and it certainly matched well with Marianne's own vision! She was, however, a bit on the more grandeur side of things. So... white altar, towering pillars encircling a nine-tiered fountain which rose and fell with the breathing of the sky itself. There would be a grand corridor leading into the fountain, topped with decorated arches with the images and name of the Great Fairy which resided within. Surely such a thing would be appropriate for such powerful beings, right?
As always, however, the diplomatically-inclined princess decided to play safe. "I imagine the same thing as Braedynne, more or less. It must incorporate water somehow, and I think a place where our ancestors gave their offerings twice a year would be quite a sight to behold...." Her voice then took a softer, dreamy-like tone to it, "Is that how your fountain looked like once, Lady Praxis? Statues and hills and all?"
What Edelweiss said seemingly made the princess remember something, however. Her eyebrows furrowed a little as she tried to recall a memory from long ago. Her fingers touched each other in front of her in a pyramid-shape. "A body of water where people give offerings for blessings....," she muttered, more to herself than any of the them on the table, "Now that I think of it, there is this song I know which refers to such things.... It might actually be referring to a Great Fairy Fountain...." It was a song her great-grandmother The Witch of Faron Woods once taught her, though she would not tell that part since her real parentage was a secret from everyone.

For a brief moment the princess seemed ready to burst into song, though she quickly controlled herself at the last moment before she could display such behavior in front of these esteemed guests. She settled for a soft smile instead, implicitly telling the others that it was just her musings and they should not pay attention to it.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen the Head Cook was giving his finishing touches to the main dishes. The real feast would start soon!
