Even Through The Darkest Days This Fire Burns Always [EVENT]

The monsters came... Many the same as before, including the Bokoblins, the Moblins... But amongst their rank now were Fire Keese, and Death Mountain native monsters such as the dangerous Dodongos. Their auras the same as the last attack, a nearly transparent dark hue that the casual eye may not notice at first. But the clear thing was their eyes... No irises, but the slits themselves were crimson.

They were also joined by a host of Bulbins, many of them riding their personal boar steeds. The mounted troops took the front, riding ahead of the rest as they advanced upon Kakariko Village with a host of other troops, while the ones more native to Death Mountain advanced on the Goron city...

And just like that, screams could be heard from Kakariko as they came, and a Goron messenger would come to alert Solveig of the dueling attacks. A flare had already been fired, alerting the other Kingdoms, such as the Kingdom Of Hyrule governed by the Royal Family, most notably Prince Oron El Hyrule, as well as the Zora Kingdom governed by King @nex that the village and mountain were under attack. One flare for the village, another for the mountain...

Also notably, two monsters seemed to be at the back of each army, their aura being more prominent than the others. They were Lizalfos, red in color. One Lizalfos led the army attacking the Village, while the other led the army attacking the mountain... While each army was only half as large as the one that had attacked the Domain, the outsider army attacking the village while the in-house army attacked the city on the mountain that they lived would make this very difficult.

Dresari had been near Kakariko villiage passing by, getting some equipment and looking for some of the people who had formerly lived out in the wilderness where he was looking to start a new town. Dresari did not have much difficulty in finding out where the people were, but some of them had roamed into some truely remote area's and places that were quite far from where they had been before. So he ended up in the area near Kakariko villiage as Monsters started appearing. Hist first hint was the actions of the creatures. Birds fell silent, the deer ran and all was still. There was a diffrence in the stillness from a large, dangerous animal. Birds would still chirp when there was a wolf about for example. But even they now lay silent. He pulled out his bow, holding three arrows in his hand from his quiver, slowly proceeding forward. That was when he heard screams from the distant villiage and several moments later, a signal flare went up from the villiage. "What in the blazes is happening..!" He growled, bolting off in the direction of the villiage on foot while keeping a sharp look out for monsters. 

As he approached a fairly tall hill that overlooked part of the forsted area he saw the army of monsters headed for the villiage. his eyes went wide in surprise, mouth agape for several moments. He quickly collected himself, gauging the distance between himself and the army. They were just out of range by his estimate, going strictly by distance between them at least. The arrow would reach sure and they were close enough together he would probably even hit something. But it wouldn't have power. Instead, he slid down the hill in front of him after making sure it was clear, setting his travel pack in a safe place before heading off, garbed and ready for battle. For now he focused on getting closer, heading for their flank to surprise them and start picking them off from afar amidst the tree's. But for now, he went to find a good place to ambush them silently, while keeping an eye out for scouts.

Death Mountain was done fairly well thanks to the efforts of the Goron Chief Solveig and his army, but Kakariko Village wasn't faring as well. The larger portion of the army, which now included members of the Bokoblin, Moblin, Wizzrobe, and Bulbin race after a rush of reinforcements, was posted in Kakariko while the more local monsters had gone straight up the mountain.

The Hyrulian Army had arrived, on orders of Prince Oron El Hyrule, minus their Knight Captain due to injuries sustained during the attack on the Domain. Prince Oron himself had arrived in the Knight Captain's place to lead the army, and his experience had for a good while held the monsters off. Unfortunately, a hitch in the plans had come - Prince Oron had disappeared amongst the fighting. The Hyrulian Army now had no leader.

The Knights had arrived to help, but their tactics had taken a massive hit due to the loss of their Captain and now their Prince as well. Not to mention the loss in morale.. Still, they appeared to be holding the monsters off, but barely. And without the leadership to the caliber of Chief Solveig like the Goron army had, their chances were far slimmer. Buildings and houses had begun to be set ablaze by the rampaging monsters, as the Hyrulian Army began to be pushed back.

A messenger would be sent up the mountain to ask Solveig for reinforcements from their Goron neighbors. Kakariko would not hold for long.

A messenger from Kakariko Village would soon arrive amongst the fighting, managing to find their way to Chief @solveig in earnest.

"Chief Solveig!" The messenger would cry out. "The village is in danger! The Hyrulian Army is being pushed back, and Prince Oron is missing! We have no leader, sir! We need reinforcements fast, or the entire village could be burnt to the ground!"
